SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We aim to get all goods delivered to customers within 3 working days however during busy periods this may take longer.

Parcels under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class 

Parcels over 2kg will be sent via a courier this will vary depending on the weight of your parcel. 

​

Goods can be collected from the shop however please wait until you receive your confirmation email stating your order is ready for collection before coming to collect.

​

We do ship internationally the cost is based on weight so once you have finished shopping go to your cart and the system will advise you of the shipping cost once the  shipping address has been provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns on products that may arrive faulty, however depending on the circumstances we may make exception to this, if a product does arrive faulty or damaged please let us know within 24 hours of receipt.

Once a product has been opened and/or used we will not offer a refund. 

If the product has been incorrectly ordered or a change of mind has happened then the returning postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer and the original postage fee will not be refunded, again we will only accept unopened and unused products back.

Should a product be faulty upon arrival we will gladly exchange the product for you once evidence is received of the fault as we will need photographic evidence to make a claim against the postal service.
